The yoga hurts so good!

Today, due to traffic and weather, I didn’t get to go on the hike I had planned with a friend. So I said, what the hell and just went to yoga. Hella glad I did. The instructor, Joyce, was awesome! Thus far my favorite teacher as of yet. She did a really great job of explaining the poses and really helping us to find the alignment and balance of each one. It hurt so so good! But at the end, she did a lot of assisting when laying flat and just breathing. She even used some aromatherapy to help set that relaxation in. I really hope she subs again, if not I’m going to have to check out her studio in Denver.

After an annoying day of weather and commute time, damn that was nice!

Exercise:

  • 1 1/2 hour yoga
Food:
  • Flax cereal w/ ff yogurt
  • Left over amy’s veggie pizza and thai noodles/veggies
  • Strawberries and blueberries w/ yogurt
  • Homemade marinara w/ veggie pasta
  • Coconut Water
  • Milk
  • Less than 4oz of red wine
