Yeah, I’m starting again. The week off was nice. I was suppose to blog about stuff but never did, also haven’t taken my photos yet. I will this week, promise.
I’m burned out on the things that have nothing to do with food and exercise. Those are the easy parts, sitting down, coming up with goals and achievements is almost more exhausting. The food part just comes second nature (unless you take a week off and go crazy). Let’s get to it, I’m too tired to write more.
- FF yogurt w/ flax cereal, raisins, protein powder and almonds
- Chicken w/ red peppers and mushroom with soy sauce
- Slice of toast w/ pb
- FF yogurt w/ almonds
- Bread w/ PB
- Tuna salad (cabbage, tuna, almonds, raisins and seasonings) on flax bread
- 2 1/2 hour derby practice
