Day Eighty Six

Food:

  • Protein shake w/ soy milk, protein powder and banana
  • Trail mix
  • Cutie
  • Half a subway sandwich on wheat w/ turkey and all the veggies
  • Pita chips
  • Other half of subway sandwich
  • Odawalla protein drink
Not the best food day, but I hit up the store after derby and am restocked on everything!
Workout:
  • 2 hours of derby. I did stop at the end. I took some rather hard falls and overall, my body just hurts from all of the contact I’ve been doing this week. It’s not use to it and is rather sore. My right shoulder more than anything (besides the knee). Oi. Epsom salt is very much my friend right now. And Arnica.
