Day Eighty Four

Food:

  • Yogurt w/ protein powder and granola
  • Banana
  • Milk
  • Turkey sandwich w/ veggies and red wine vinegar
  • Pita chips
  • Trail mix
  • PB on bread
  • Apple
  • Protein Shake: Though it didn’t stay down due to an upset stomach cause of medication. Siiigh.
Workout:
  • 2 hour She Who derby practice
