Day Eighty Two: Jump back on that horse!

The weekend was a long one, but I was feeling CRAZY better come Saturday and attacked the weekend like no other. I’m only sad I didn’t have enough time to do even more.

Food:

  • Yogurt w/ protein powder and granola
  • Banana
  • Pita Chips
  • Turkey sandwich w/ spinach, cucumber and red pepper hummus
  • Cutie
  • Strawberries
  • Trail Mix (soy nuts, cranberries, pumpkin kernels and almonds)
  • Apple
  • Cupcake (Yes, it’s a cheat. But my girls came in second in their championship tournament, it was rightfully deserved by all).
  • Chicken Curry and Eggplant…dish (can’t pronounce it or remember it’s spelling) with jasmine rice
Workout:
  • 5 min Warmup
  • Dynamic Stretching
  • BB Bench Press: 5, 2, 1, 1, 1 @ 70lbs
  • BB Bent over rows: 3x 8 @50
  • DB standing shoulder press: 3x 10 @ 15, 17.5 lbs
  • a) Skullcrushers 3x 12 @ 20lbs (my triceps are feellling that one!)
  • b) BB standing bicep curl: 3x 12 @20lbs
  • Foam roller/stretching
  • 3-4 mile bike ride
  • Various cardio
