Day Eighty One

Food:

  • Eggbeaters w/ salsa on whole wheat thin buns
  • Banana
  • Milk
  • Mixed green salad with Basalmic Vinaigrette
  • Eggplant parm sandwich on wheat (made vegan like…something like that?)
  • Leftover 9 grain rice and ginger thai chicken
Workout:
  • None…felt like crap still. Also impacted food today, was really hungry then not. Ugh.
