Day Seventy Seven

Food:

  • Egg beaters with spinach and salsa in whole wheat tortilla
  • Soy Joy
  • Chicken noodle soup
  • Whole wheat tortilla
  • Pita chips w/ hummus
  • Fruit and nut granola
  • Lots of water w/ emergen-c
Workout:
  • Rest. Sick again, jeessuus. Last week of crazy schedule, very much looking forward to having some time back for myself.
