Day Seventy Three

Food:

  • Oatmeal w/ protein powder and PB
  • Milk
  • Turkey breast on wheat w/ veggies
  • Apple
  • FF Yogurt w/ almonds
  • PB Sandwich
  • Slice of pizza
  • Baked sweet potato
  • Boca patty on thin whole wheat w/ spinach
Workout:
  • Volleyball, actually get to play now, woo hoo!
