Day Seventy One

Running out of good food, oi. I need to go to Sunflower sooner than later. King Soopers produce is horrid, the bok choy I got from there went bad crazy quick. Their tofu is also stupid expensive. Stupid. Soon….soon my pretties.

Food:

  • Oatmeal w/ protein powder and PB
  • Banana
  • 9grain wheat sub with turkey breast and veggies, sweet onion sauce
  • Strawberries
  • PB sandwich
  • Apple
  • Protein drink w/ milk, powder and banana
  • Whole wheat noodles w/ veggie marinara
Workout:
  • V-ball with kiddos
    • 20 Burpees
    • 2×45 v-sits
    • 30 v-twists
    • 1min planks
    • 15 plank jacks
    • 5 plank jacks, pushup sets
  • 1.5 mile on bike (around 7 mins)
  • Dynamic stretching
  • BB squat max: 5, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1 @ 85, 90, 110
  • a) Stiff leg deadlift – 3x 10 @ 70 (I HATE THESE, so does my back)
  • b) Sitting calf raises – 3x 10 @100
  • BB shrugs – 3x 5 @100
  • Glute-ham raises – 3x 8
  • Tabata Body Weight Squats – 5 sets
    • 1st: 19
    • 2nd: 18
    • 3rd: 18
    • 4th: 18
    • 5th: 20
  • 1x 60 shuffle step
  • Foam roller/stretch/hot&cold shower
My legs were JELLO! It felt good, no complaints from the knee either, but oi, my legs and back are sooore today! Feels good to push a little harder.
