Day Sixty Nine

Food:

  • Oatmeal with protein powder, PB and strawberries
  • Artichoke and clam on pita bread
  • Half slice of bread
  • Ahi Tuna (yummmm)
  • Asparagus
  • Brussel Sprout hash with pistachios
  • Fresh Fruit bowl
Not the best food day, blasted mother’s day! I tried a bite of tiramisu, but otherwise was pretty good, which was really tough at Elways. I’m not a big steak person, so that made it a lot easier. And the tuna was SOOO GOOD!
Workout:
  • Rest day. My knee was way way way upset. Way more than it has been in ages. And with Dr. Vidal saying I should take it easy since it was swollen last night, I took that advice. We did walk around the art museum for awhile…which just upset it more, but it’s something?
