Day Sixty Seven: Cheat Day!


  • Flax plus with yogurt and chia seed
  • Milk with protein powder throughout the day
  • Banana
  • BBQ: Pulled chicken, hot links, cole slaw and mashers
  • Cutie
  • Wahoos blackened fish plate with brown rice, black beans
  • Guac, Salsa and chips
  • Ice cream with brownie bites, mochi, strawberries, raspberries
You know, for a cheat day that’s not too bad. I look at what I had for dinner and was sorta surprised that really, it wasn’t half bad at all! It was quite tasty in fact. But ice cream, I love ice cream. And Pinkberry is lame, Sweet Action all the way! Or Liks…
  • Rest Day
  • Various Cardio
  • I’ll admit, I didn’t do my burpees. I love challenges, but when my body says no I listen intently and it was saying no. I keep pulling stomach muscles and that REALLY sucks.
