Day Sixty Six

Food:

  • Flax plus w/ yogurt and chia seed
  • Milk with protein powder
  • Banana
  • Bean stew with brown rice, tomatoes and ham
  • Strawberries
  • Peanut Butter
  • Ice cream…sorry, long day I suppose
  • Baked sweet potato and a turkey burger (just the patty) with sauteed mushrooms
Workout:
  • Rest day
  • 20 burpees, there is no rest for burpees
Btw, if it’s correct, I’ve gained back a lot of the weight I dropped. Nothing has changed physically, so I’d say this is a good sign. Hopefully one showing that I’m gaining muscle. I’m sure part of that is adding the protein powder into my diet, if so, that’s a really huge difference!
