Day Sixty Two

Food:

  • Protein powder w/ milk
  • Banana
  • Oatmeal with fruits/nuts/strawberries
  • Coffee w/ milk and sugar free cinnamon
  • Chipolte bowl w/ brown rice, veggies, guac and salsa
  • Cranberry and soda
  • PB sandwich with banana
Workout:
  • 20 burpees
  • Punks practice plus fitness (v-sits, crunches, planks, etc)
