Day Fifty Nine

Gotta admit that some of my resolve this week has not been that strong. Been feeling worn out even with sleeping and eating well. I started to think if it’s possible I might be over training? Which could explain my fatigue and mood issues. But could also be anxiety about returning to derby next week. Or all of the above. Either way, I decided to add an extra rest day in for this week to help and get my head straight.

Food:

  • Protein shake with milk, banana, oatmeal and protein powder
  • Milk
  • Turkey breast sub on 9grain wheat with all the veggies and sweet onion sauce
  • Apple
  • PB on whole wheat bread
  • Strawberries
  • Cuties
  • Easter chocolate
  • Sweet potato “fries” (just baked clean with olive oil
  • Green peper stuffed with brown rice, black beans and squash
  • Milk
