Day Fifty Four

Food:

  • Flax plus with banana chips, FF yogurt and chia seed
  • 2 Cuties
  • Banana chips
  • Turkey sandwich on wheat bread w/ laughing cow cheese
  • Strawberries
  • Chocolate protein shake w/ whey powder, banana and soy milk
  • Cucumber and cherry tomatoes with balsamic. Nom nom!
  • Ursula Salmon. It’s what we decided to call it. It was salmon with spices served with wild rice and onions sauteed in red wine. They turned out purple and looked like Ursula from The Little Mermaid. His name for it, not mine! Hehe. 🙂

  • Warmup
  • Dynamic stretching
  • NAT Inverted rows – 6 x 3
  • NAT Diamond plyo push ups – 6 x 3
  • NAT Box jump – 6 x 3
  • a) Vertical leg raise or captain’s chair – 3 x 20
  • b) Bicycle maneuver – 3 x 20
  • c) Ab wheel roll outs – 3 x 20
  • 2x 15 skater squats
  • 3x 15 ball bridges
  • Stretching
  • Various cardio
