Day Fifty Two

Food:

  • Flax Plus w/ FF yogurt, Chia seed and banana chips
  • Soy Joy
  • Milk
  • Banana
  • Turkey on whole wheat w/ laughing cow cheese
  • Strawberries
  • Banana chips
  • Trail mix
  • Apple
  • 2 egg omelete w/ mushrooms
  • PB, almond milk, ff milk and banana protein shake
Workout:
  • V-ball practice, no core, just fun
  • 7min warmup
  • Stretch/Dynamic stretching
  • 4x 5 BB back squats, 20lbs, 50lbs, 70lbs, 80lbs
  • a) 3×8 Stiff leg deadlift, 20lbs, 50lbs, 60lbs
  • b) 3×8 Seated calf raises 50lbs, 70lbs, 80lbs
  • 2×10 DB walking lunges, high knee, deadlift 20lbs, 25lbs
  • a) 2×15 2 leg curls 50lbs, 60lbs (these suck as my hamstring is still a little sore from my PCL)
  • b) 2×5 Standing calf raises, 50lbs, 100lbs
  • Tabata body weight squats: 5 sets
