Day Fifty! Or Forty Nine? How did I get off track by one?

Workout:
  • Vball practice
    • 2x 45 planks
    • 2x 15 plank jacks
    • 2x 45 v-sits
    • 2x 15 v-twists
    • 2x 45 quarterback squats
    • 2x 15 skater squats
  • 8min warmup
  • Dynamic stretching
  • BB incline bench press – 4 x 5, 20lbs and 50lbs
  • Neutral grip t-bar or cable rows – 3 x 8 40lbs, 60lbs, 80lbs
  • Standing military press – 3 x 10 Bar, 20lbs, 20lbs
  • Weighted or assisted pull ups – 2 x 12 @ 52
  • DB bench press – 2 x 15, 15lbs and 20lbs
  • DB one arm concentration curls – 2 x 10, 15lbs
  • Skull crushers – 2 x 10, bar, 10lbs, 10lbs
    • 2x 20 wall balls – medicine ball toss and catch w/ 9lb ball
    • 2x 10 squats jumps with resistance band
    • 2x 10 medicine ball swings w/ 12lb ball
Did some hitting in v-ball today just to see if I could. Well…I could and it felt awesome and great and everything you could associate with being able to do something you haven’t been able to do in 6 months. I’m almost there, I frakkin’ know it.
