Day Forty Five

First day of Starfest, before the crazy.

Workout:

  • 1mile Warmup
  • Dynamic stretching
  • 4×5 DB deadlift @ 50lbs
  • a) 3×10 Jump squat w/ 9lb medicine ball
  • b) 3×12 BB shrugs, 50lbs and 60lbs
  • Glute-Ham raises
  • a) 2×12 Step-ups with DB @50lbs
  • b) 2×15 Seated calf raise @ 50lbs and 60lbs
  • 4 sets Overhead Squats with 50lbs
    • Set 1: 9
    • Set 2: 11
    • Set 3: 11
    • Set 4: 10
  • 1×40 Shuffle step
  • Stretch
Food (small cheat day):
  • FF yogurt with almond flax
  • Fries and milkshake bites
  • Boca burger on whole wheat with pickle relish
  • Cantaloupe
  • Trail mix
  • PB on sprouted bread w/ banana
  • Naked bowl w/ black beans, brown rice, pico de gallo and lettuce
  • M&Ms
  • Soy Joy bar
