Day Forty Three

Food:

  • Almond Honey Flax cereal with blueberries, chia seed and FF yogurt
  • Cambric tea with soy milk (only drank half, too much caffeine)
  • Banana
  • Falafel pita, whole wheat pita, hummus, ton of veggies = yummy
  • Whole Wheat pita with red pepper hummus
  • Almonds
  • Blueberry, banana and chia seed pancake with PB
  • Chicken Bok Choy (one of my fav easy make meals right now)
  • Protein shake with milk, yogurt, PB and chia seed

Workout:

  • 3x 30sec ski jumps (back/forward, side/side, side/center/side)
  • 2x 45 quarterback squats
  • 2x 30sec planks/plank jacks (15 sec plank, 15 sec plank jack) Second time was 1 min planks, 15sec plank jacks
  • V-ball practice! Which I’m able to be way more active in, it’s awesome.
  • 5min warmup
  • Stretch
  • Plyo (jump) push ups – 6 x 3
  • Inverted rows – 6 x 3
  • Vertical jump series – 6 x 3
  • a) Reverse crunch – 3 x 20
  • b) Fold ups – 3 x 20
  • c) Woodchopper – 3 x 15 each side
  • Foam roller/Yoga stretches

Feeling really good to jump with no pain, I won’t lie. Today was waaay better than yesterday. Congestion is finally clearing up, which makes a huge difference. Was a fairly relaxing (but still vigorous) exercise. I like to boogy to music, I don’t care who sees it. Also enjoy just pausing at the end of my stretching and just…sit there, listening to music and hanging out. Kinda like meditation but not? Ah well, it finishes up the night well.
