Day Forty Two

Food:

  • Banana, Blueberry and Chia Seed pancakes w/ FF yogurt
  • Almonds
  • Milk
  • Bok choy, spinach, tuna, olive oil, lemon juice and pepper in a whole wheat pita
  • Barley sprouted bread w/ PB
  • Chicken Bok Choy on Brown Rice (turned out waaay better than I expected!)

Today sucked for food. I dropped my hard boiled eggs on the floor (and they crumbled) and the nectarine I had was over ripe. Which with that along with the fucking sinus issue and chest congestion I’m having made for a VERY grumpy Frak.

Workout:

  • None, guess another rest day due to health. Son of a @*#%@#$!!
