Day Thirty Nine

Food:

  • Yogurt with chia seed and blueberries
  • Slice of whole wheat bread
  • Milk
  • Yerba Matte tea
  • Bangkok Curry with tofu
  • Chicken Noodle Soup
  • Sprouted bread w/ PB and Banana slices
  • Apple
  • Quinoa and Black Bean burger on whole wheat sourdough and spring greens with balsamicĀ vinaigrette

Workout:

  • None, still wasn’t feeling 100%. I’m thankful for the needed rest, it was way past due.
