Day Thirty Seven

Food:

  • Granola with blueberries, chia seed and FF yogurt
  • Banana
  • Milk
  • Veggie/Black bean quinoa in whole wheat pita
  • Veggie chips
  • Sprouted barley bread with PB
  • Apple
  • Eggplant…M-something. Stuffed eggplant with feta cheese, lentils, tomatoes, cuccumbers and more good stuff. Super tasty
  • Tiger eye Green Tea

Workout:

  • Rest day. A bit needed, my back is killing me and wanted to give it a bit of rest. Got lots planned for the rest of the week though!
