Day Thirty Four

Food:

  • 2 egg omelet with bok choy, mushrooms and chia seed
  • Banana
  • Blackberries
  • Whole wheat tortilla w/ PB
  • Vegan Chili
  • Whole wheat tortilla
  • Couple squares of 100% green tea dark chocolate

Exercise:

  • Punks practice, upon which I lead strength training for both teens and littles. Which was more work than I thought it would be
  • Skating
  • Various cardio

Sunday was an exhausting day, I need a day off from my weekend!
