Day thirty three

Food:

  • Granola with strawberries, chia seed and silk yogurt
  • Egg substitute with skim mozzarella, fruit, cottage cheese and multigrain pancakes
  • Banana chips
  • Granola bar
  • 2 cuties
  • Veggie burrito

Workout:

  • 1hr 15 min yoga class. I did the crow for a good couple seconds! It was awesome. We also did handstands!
  • Danced my ASSS off at the after party, my legs feel it today!
