Day Thirty One

Not a bad day, feeling better, so that’s a plus. Still some sinus issues but ah well.

Food:

  • Almond granola with strawberries, blueberries, silk yogurt and chia seeds
  • Banana
  • Acron squash stuffed with veggie/black bean quinoa and feta cheese
  • Whole wheat tortilla with PB and chia seeds
  • Banana chips
  • Apple
  • Turkey burger on whole wheat toast with veggies and coleslaw w/ a champagne vinaigrette side salad

Workout:

  • 1 hour hike…ish. Probably only about 1mile. Not a ton today, but I was just happy to be outdoors. In fact, here’s a photo!
