Day Twenty Nine

Ah yeah, I was feeling horrible and ate very little and did not workout. Which makes the rest of the week a week of early workouts, which I hate. But gotta do it!

Food:

  • Banana
  • Ezekiel bread with PB and Jelly (100% fruit)
  • Banana Chips
  • Apple
  • 7 pieces of Sashimi
  • Miso Soup

Yeeaah, not very substantial, but I didn’t have much of an appetite yesterday at all. Dumb sickness.
