  • Protein Shake w/ blackberries, blueberries, chia seed, milk and silk yogurt
  • Banana chips
  • Curry tofu with chickpeas and bok choy
  • 4 blend rice
  • Banana chips
  • Glass of milk

Workout

  • 5 min warmup (.6 mile)
  • stretch
  • 4x 5 back: Extensions w/o machine: no weight, 40lbs, 40lbs, 40lbs
  • 4x 5 back: Good Mornings bar, 50lbs, 60lbs, 80lbs
  • 4x 5 chest: clap push ups
  • 4x 5 chest:  bench press 20lbs, 40lbs, 50lbs, 60lbs
  • 4x 5 bicep: chin ups w/ assist: 100lbs, 58lbs, 52lbs, 46lbs
  • 4x 5 tricep: dip downs w/ assist: 100lbs, 52lbs, 46lbs, 32lbs
  • 4x 5 laying sit ups: no weight, 12lbs, 12lbs, 12lbs
  • 2x 45sec quarterback squats on exercise disc
  • 2x 15 hamstring deadlift with 20 lbs
  • 1x 40 shuffle walk with band
  • stretch with foam roller
