- Apple and blueberry bake with FF yogurt
- Ezekiel bread with PB
- Veggie omelet with mixed veggies on the side
- Wheat toast (no butter or jelly)
- Whole wheat blueberry muffin, made with honey! Turned out delish
- Tofu scramble with wheat pilaf in a wheat tortilla
- Blueberry muffin
- 5.8 mile hike! Didn’t expect to go this far and my knee wasn’t too super keen on it. But no pain, just being upset. So overall I think it was a great success!
- 2 hour practice with the punks.
