Day twenty

Food:

  • Apple and blueberry bake with FF yogurt
  • Ezekiel bread with PB
  • Banana
  • Apple
  • Veggie omelet with mixed veggies on the side
  • Wheat toast (no butter or jelly)
  • Whole wheat blueberry muffin, made with honey! Turned out delish
  • Tofu scramble with wheat pilaf in a wheat tortilla
  • Blueberry muffin

Workout:

  • 5.8 mile hike! Didn’t expect to go this far and my knee wasn’t too super keen on it. But no pain, just being upset. So overall I think it was a great success!
  • 2 hour practice with the punks.

Pretty tired after all of that! Think I’m good for the day.
