Day Twelve!

I didn’t end up getting to sleep until 4:30am last night. Opps! But it’s so rare I don’t care much. It did make wanting to get up to workout SUPER hard. I decided to forgo the gym and do it all within my area.

Workout:

  • 20 min walk around the park by my house
  • Stretch
  • 2x 15 deadlifts with 6lbs weights (all I have…but seem a bit heavier than the ones at the gym)
  • 1x 15 lunge, high knee, deadlift w/ 6lbs weights
  • 1x 30 shuffle step with turquoise band (gaaah, you suck turquoise band!)
  • 2x 30 sec quarterback squats
  • 2x 30 front/front, side/side quick steps
  • 2x 30 speed skaters
  • 3x 15 ball bridges, varying difficulty
  • 2x 25 reg crunches on stab ball
  • 2x 1 min planks on stab ball
  • Stretch

Food:

  • Cherrios with quinoa and silk yogurt (I’m out of smart start, gotta get more)
  • 2 pieces of wheat toast with hummus
  • Leftover breaded tofu w/ zucchini, squash and brown rice
  • Apple
  • Banana
  • Granola bar
  • Turkey breast sandwich on whole wheat bread with ALL the veggies (sprouts, tomatoes, lettuce, mushrooms, banana peppers, cucumbers, pickles and jalapenoes). They forgot to hold the mayo. 😦 But it wasn’t caked on there.
  • Whole wheat blueberry pancakes, 2 eggs, turkey bacon and fruit
