Day one! omg

I’m so tired right now, so this is going to be wham bam and I’m done.

Food

  • Smart Start with vanilla yogurt and strawberries
  • Handful of almonds
  • Banana
  • Veggie tortilla soup (corn, black beans, onions, garlic, veggie stock and homemade wheat tortilla chips)
  • 2 cuties
  • Apple with peanut butter
  • Chocolate milk
  • Tortilla chips
  • Carrots
  • Almonds
  • Pita and Hummus

Yeah, didn’t have much of a dinner. Right from work I headed straight to the Dropkick Murphy’s concert. I’m also not too happy with how little protein happens to be in there. Gotta cook up the eggs, tofu, and saitan!

Workout

  • 30 min run on the elliptical, starting at 0 resistance and working up to 10
  • 2x 25 negative crunches
  • 2x 25 bicycle crunches

PT (I won’t write this out all the time, it’s boring I feel)

  • 2x 30sec quarterback squats
  • 6x 15 ball bridges (various difficulties)
  • 2x 15 skater squats on bosu ball
  • 2x shuffle step with band
  • 2x 15 hamstring deadlift with 10lbs
  • 1x lunge, high knee, deadlift

Rocking out at the Dropkick Murphy concert, OH YEAH!
