- Tortilla chips
- Pita and Hummus
Yeah, didn’t have much of a dinner. Right from work I headed straight to the Dropkick Murphy’s concert. I’m also not too happy with how little protein happens to be in there. Gotta cook up the eggs, tofu, and saitan!
- 30 min run on the elliptical, starting at 0 resistance and working up to 10
- 2x 25 negative crunches
- 2x 25 bicycle crunches
PT (I won’t write this out all the time, it’s boring I feel)
- 2x 30sec quarterback squats
- 6x 15 ball bridges (various difficulties)
- 2x 15 skater squats on bosu ball
- 2x shuffle step with band
- 2x 15 hamstring deadlift with 10lbs
- 1x lunge, high knee, deadlift
